As a general rule of thumb, though, you should get the least invasive pet collar that still meets your dog or cat's needs. Slipping a measuring tape around your pet's neck is the quickest and easiest way to make sure you purchase the right size, too. With pet collars, your furry friend's comfort should always be your top priority.
